We're building Servy Market carefully. Instead of launching everywhere at once, we're onboarding a small group of providers in each city, helping them get live, and learning what they need. Founding providers shape the product and get first access when client bookings open.

Frequently asked questions
Is it free to join?
Applying is free. Approved founding providers get 12 months of full access from approval — no subscription and no credit card. After that, subscribe or move to Commission-Only.
What are the fees?
The Solo plan is €14.90/month and the Team plan is €24.90/month including up to 2 staff (+€7.00 per extra bookable staff). Prices include VAT/tax. The full details are in our Terms of Service
What commission do you charge?
With a subscription or during your founding period you pay an 18% one-time commission on a brand-new client's first online booking, capped at €45 (minimum €3), and 0% on repeat clients and walk-ins. On Commission-Only you pay 25% on a first booking and 15% on repeat online bookings. Commission is only charged when the booking is paid through Servy Market.
Do my clients pay a booking fee?
No. Servy Market never adds a booking fee for clients — they pay exactly your listed price.
Do I need my own website?
No. Your Servy Market profile and booking page are your storefront — share the link anywhere and clients book directly.
Can I keep my own prices?
Yes. You set the prices, packages and add-ons for every service, and you can change them at any time.
How long does setup take?
Applying takes about two minutes. If approved, we email you to schedule a 30-minute onboarding call and help you add services, hours and photos.
Is Servy Market live yet?
We're opening city by city. You can apply now; we onboard founding providers before client bookings open in your city.
What does 'founding provider' mean?
Founding providers get 12 months free, priority placement for their first 90 days after they join, a permanent Founding Provider badge, and hands-on onboarding.
How long is the free period?
12 months from approval. No subscription and no credit card during that time. Commission on paid bookings still applies.
When will I get clients?
Client bookings open after we've onboarded enough providers in your city. We'll tell you before launch, and founding providers get first access.
What happens after I apply?
We review your application, email you to schedule the onboarding call, help you complete your profile, and then you go live.
What if I don't get clients?
Your founding access is free and there's no card. You can leave at any time.
Can I import my clients and services?
You can add your services and clients directly in the platform. Import tools are on the way — contact support and we will help you get set up.
Can I manage multiple staff or locations?
Yes. You can add team members and manage their schedules, and organize your business across more than one location.
What happens to my data?
Your business data belongs to you. How we store and protect it is described in our Privacy Policy
